| 3 Cans (image illustrations) |
Narrated 3 boxes (1 cardboard boxes containing 20 cans) of soft drinks produced in a plant drinks in an industrial city. A car came to the factory to distribute it with a different purpose.
The first objective is in a small shop. 1 cardboard descended on the store. The store owners opened it and put them on the shelves of beverages and give a price tag. Price of 1 is $ 1 cans.
The second objective is a supermarket. the second cardboard derived in the supermarket. The owner of the supermarket opened it and put the drinks in the fridge and gave the price tag. Price of 1 is $ 3 cans.
The third goal was a luxury hotel. the third car was derived from the cardboard shipping and stored in the warehouse (not on display and not put in the fridge). When there are new messages, the drinks kicked apart 1 glass model of the Crystal that contains ice cubes. The hotel waiter put beverages in the bag the customer table and pouring the drinks politely into Crystal glass containing ice cubes. Price 1 can is $ 8.
Why the price of each of these three cans of these goals differently? Though produced in the same factory, delivered with the same car and the same flavor and aroma matter?
The answer is the difference in the environment or place.
If we take the parable of the equation above and applied in the work environment, then the sense is:
1. If we are in a work environment that encourages us to be better, we'll be fine, and
2. If we are in a working environment is not good, we will surely be not good.
Can be drawn the conclusion: the same talents and abilities + different environments = the result is different.
Then, make sure you are in the workplace that encourages you to be better, to get along with co-workers who think positive (including challenges in the work environment), hopefully you'll be a brilliant career.
I hope it's useful.
